Service meta affects the propagation and configuration of third-party platforms. Currently affected platforms are Amazon Alexa and Dialogflow.
Service meta defines the following properties of your ConvoWorks service:
Service name – Display name of the convo service.
Service Description – Description of the convo service.
Default Language – Which language will be used for external platforms.
Default Locale – Which locale will be used for external platforms.
Supported Locales – What other locales will be supported for external platforms.
Service Owner – Who is responsible for the service and who has total control over the convo service.
Private – Is the convo service visible to other system users?
Service Admins – Who else has access to the convo service and can delete it?
