If you use the same group of elements or a processor in multiple locations, you can group them into a fragment, and include the fragment in the workflow instead.
You add and edit fragments on the service Editor page, in the Fragments tab.
You can add either a Read fragment – for storing elements, or a Process fragment – for storing processors.
To include it in a block, drag the INCLUDE element, either from the process or the read section of the convo-core menu and drop it into the block, then select the fragment’s name.
During runtime, the system executes them just like any other component.
